AS part of broader reforms to modernize administration and improve passenger experience at airports, the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has unveiled its 2025 By-Laws, marking the first comprehensive overhaul of its regulatory framework in 21 years.
The revisions are aimed at enhancing airport governance and operational efficiency, aligning with modern aviation demands.
FAAN Managing Director Mrs. Olubunmi Kuku noted that the outdated 2005 by-laws were insufficient for contemporary complexities, and the new By-Laws aim to promote safer, more sustainable operations while reinforcing regulatory compliance.
