With a total of 24 players, Flying Eagles and their officials will depart Nigeria via Ghana for a training tour in Ghana on Thursday (today).

Forward, Ahmed Abdullahi will link up with the team in the North African country.

Four players will later be dropped from the list.

While in Morocco, the seven-time African champions will engage in two friendlies against Benin Republic and South Sudan.

The Flying Eagles are expected to land in Egypt for the 2023 U-20 Africa Cup of Nations next weekend.

Ladan Bosso’s side will take on Senegal in their opening game in the competition on Sunday, February 19.

Hosts Egypt and Mozambique are the other teams in the group.
