Last week, one Mr. or Chief Chiekwe Esiaga, who according to a newspaper report, described as an ex-reps. member during his interview, posited that High Chief Ikechi Emenike has no electoral value to win Abia state governorship election as opposed to the Abia APC Integrity group led by Dr. Uche Ogah, the 2019 gubernatorial candidate and immediate past Minister of state for mines and solid minerals.

He also stated that High Chief Ikechi Emenike, singlehandedly chose the National Welfare Secretary of APC that was allocated to Abia State and he chose all candidates for the forthcoming elections.

For record purposes, the name of the so-called Chief or Nze Esiaga does not ring a bell in the entire Abia political landscape and is not a household name in Abia politics.

Chief or Mr Chiekwe Esiaga is a Relic and distress politician, who has been decimated, relegated, dislodged and has remained in the political purgatory, awaiting his internment upon the rescue of Abia state from his pay masters ,who are responsible for the failures in the state.

Since the inception of this democratic dispensation from 1999, Mr. Esiaga has not been able to relaunch himself to the limelight from the political oblivion where he has been confined and therefore, not in tune with the electoral reality in Abia state.

For purpose of clarify, High chief Ikechi Emenike will not stoop low to wallow in the mud with the likes of chief or Mr. Esiaga, whatever he calls himself, a relic and distress politician, who has been out of job in the last 24years and has remained in the political wilderness, roaming aimlessly, with no tangible or traceable source of livelihood, which inadvertently, has made him to become a voracious and ravenous person, with panhandling and political gold-digging as an enterprise for his stomach infrastructural pursuit.

So, having stated the above, it will be expedient to inform him that High Chief Ikechi Emenike, is a highly respected personality with local and international recognition. An educated icon, a world class publisher of repute and a tested politician with proven and demonstrated capacity.

For his information, High Chief Ikechi Emenike was very instrumental to the success and victory of the President Buhari in the 2015 and 2019 general election as the Director of finance and field operations. He was also the Secretary of the Powerful Contact and Strategy committee of the All Progressive Congress and, the immediate Pro-Chancellor of the renowned University of Nigeria Nsukka.

High Chief Ikechi Emenike will always stand tall amongst the current contenders of Abia governorship seat, when compared or juxtaposed with respect to Qualification, Contact, Connections, Exposures, Reputation and Reliability.

It is also worthy of note, that there is no politician currently in the Abia governorship contest that has grassroot support as High Chief Ikechi Emenike. In the last couple of months, he has visited every local government in Abia state more than twice, strengthening his support base and doing exploit in mobilization, whereas, other candidates, including Mr. Esiaga’s paymasters are in Abuja drinking champagne.

Mr Esiaga, who only exist on internet after his recent escape from the purgatory just to see what can be fetched for his stomach during this political festival, will definitely not be aware of the current reality on ground. Let me inform him that, while he was ‘’sleeping all through the revolution’’ like Rip Van Wrinkle  as quoted by Martin Luther king Jr, High Chief Ikechi Emenike was working assiduously and has taken over the entire political space.

For people like Mr. Esiaga, a paid agent and a political jobber, the name Chief Emenike, throws daggers and fear into their camp, knowing that with High Chief Emenike as the Abia governor, their days are numbered. So, High Chief Emenike’s name is bad news to them.

There is an adage that says “When a child speaks, his age is determined”

From the submissions made by Mr. Esiaga, one is in doubt if truly, he is a titled man and if he is then, whoever that bestowed him a chieftaincy title should quickly withdraw such from him to save both the palace and Eze that conferred on him a chieftaincy title, from the vulnerability of ridicule. He is not a character to be associated with a chieftaincy title, otherwise, chieftaincy has been rubbished and brought to nothing with such character like Mr. Esiaga parading himself as a title holder in Igbo land.

Having said that, let’s deal with his submissions meritoriously.

Firstly, Mr. Esiaga obviously does not understand what the electoral value means, otherwise, he ought to have known that whatever that has kept him in the political purgatory and wilderness since 1999 till date must be ‘’lack of electoral value’’.

Mr. Esiaga can visit google, type his name, and see if he has not gone into political extinction. His name has been wiped off from the Abia political landscape. So before he can accuse anyone else of not having an electoral value, he should first see himself as number one.

When a man is consumed in ignorance and hate, he sometimes forgets that thinking must precede speaking. Mr. Esiaga is among those that truly think from their anus.

How can a man who claimed to be title holder speak in the public, without thinking? The more he speaks, the more he exposes his emptiness.

Mr. Esiaga, in his interview, alleged that High Chief Emenike lacks the electoral value and cant secure win for the party, yet, the same man that does not have electoral value, singlehandedly, chose two offices allocated to Abia state, the National welfare secretary and the Zonal Youth leader according to him. Same man that does not have electoral value, was able to dislodged his supposedly ‘’men of timber and calibre’’ in his Abia integrity group and installed every candidates for the forth coming elections, yet the same man does not have electoral value? How was he able to do that, by magic?

If truly high chief Emenike does not have electoral value, how was he able to wrestle the party structure from the so-called Abia integrity group led by Dr. Uche Ogah and Sen. Orji kalu , with several other personalities? Yet he still does not have the electoral value or capacity to secure a win?

The ball is now on Mr. Esiaga to explain to the public what other yardstick he has to measure capacity. An Igbo adage says ‘’He who can’t win a wrestling contest that is friendly, dare not venture into a fight that leads to death’’. Another says, he who can’t win a battle, cannot win a war’’.

So if the integrity group is such formidable, how come, only one man without electoral value was able to dislodge them, took over the party structure, chose the two slots for Abia in the NWC of the party, chose all the candidates in the forthcoming elections, secure majority of the Abia appointments from the FG, including the nomination of current the ministerial replacement slot for Abia that replaced Dr. Uche Ogah, and still emerged the gubernatorial candidate and someone still maintained that such a man does not have electoral value.

There is a Ghanaian proverb that says “An army of sheep led by a Lion, will surely defeat an army of lions led by a sheep”. Therefore, it will be inhuman, stupidity and foolishness of the highest order for anyone to believe that the so-called “almighty” Integrity group that couldn’t defeat a single man without electoral value as alleged my Mr. Esiaga, will now lead APC to defeat a formidable PDP party with massive electoral war-chest in Abia state, where people like Mr. Esiaga and co are on their payroll.

After going through the statement and interviews credited to Mr. Esiaga regarding the electoral value of the so-called Integrity group, I became almost certain that he is suffering from either Dementia or Intermittent Explosive Disorder (IED).

Mr. Esiaga should be told that the results of the 2019 Abia gubernatorial election have not been erased. It is still in the public domain. For his information and recollection, the so-called Integrity group with massive electoral value, were made up of those playing PDP scripts, who are APC in the day and PDP at night.

The results as announced by INEC in the 2019 gubernatorial election showed that Dr. Uche Ogah, the leader of the Integrity with massive electoral value secured only 99,574 votes, representing a mere 22% of the 433,315 valid votes cast.

If the abysmal and woeful performance represents an acceptable electoral value he is talking about, then he must quickly visit his doctor for an urgent brain check.

According to Mr. Esiaga, he stated that High Chief Ikechi Emenike could not match the electoral value of the Abia APC Integrity group led by Dr. Uche Ogah, this is laughable.

At this point, I am tempted to ask Mr. Esiaga, if he truly understands what the word “Integrity” means connotatively and denotatively and if he does, he would have been ashamed of mentioning that an Integrity group is led by someone who raped Nigeria in a broad day light through the Famous biggest oil subsidy scam. If he understands what Integrity stands for, there is no way he would have dared mention Dr. Uche Ogah and Sen. Orji Uzor Kalu as members of an Integrity group. ‘’Asking Dr. Uche Ogah and Sen. Orji Kalu to lead an Integrity group, is akin to asking a well-known prostitute to lead in a preaching against fornication’’.

Integrity has been totally humiliated, decimated, rubbished, and murdered by the inclusion of the duo in a group known as Integrity group.

Frankly speaking, Mr. Esiaga’s submission can be best described as “Animal Talk” according to Fela kuti.

If Mr. Chiekwe Esiaga is sensible, he would have queried the reason why the National party dumped those in his so-called Integrity group to align with a well-respected High Chief Ikechi Emenike for the Abia rescue mission.

It is now left for the public to decipher and puncture the concocted and unmitigated lies and statements of deception as contained in his interview, and judge between High Chief Ikechi Emenike and Esiaga’s pay masters who has more electoral value.

It is my candid advise to Mr. Esiaga and co to quickly purge themselves of hate and promiscuity, so that they can pass an integrity test to be able to join High chief Ikechi Emenike in the Abia rescue mission before the ship leaves the harbour.

Also, it will be in the interest of the media to, scrutinize and ascertain the mental health and status of those they intend to grant interviews, to ensure that they do not unwittingly interview those with unstable and questionable mental conditions in other to save their professional integrity and protect their reader’s confidence and trust in their organisational publication.
