Dangote Petroleum Refinery has cut its Automotive Gas Oil gantry price by N80 to N1,700 per litre from N1,780, effective Wednesday, October 7, 2026.

The 4.5% reduction, its second in a month, comes as Brent crude dropped to about $98 per barrel Tuesday before rebounding to $100, with WTI also below $90.

MEMAN data shows diesel spot landing cost fell N127.28 to N1,696.40 per litre on October 2 from N1,823.68 on September 30, while seven-day average import-parity cost declined to N1,823.19 from N1,871.34.

The refinery said credit values for affected unloaded gantry volumes would be communicated separately, noting its N1,700 price is slightly above MEMAN’s N1,696.40 spot.
