There are indications that gunmen have set ablaze another office of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in Anambra state barely 24 hours after one of its offices at Nnewi was attacked.
CKN News reported that the terrorists attacked the Oraifite Command of the FRSC and burnt down the buildings at about 2 am on Monday.
A source who spoke to CKN News confirmed that the terrorists invaded the compound, shooting sporadically and went ahead to set the buildings and vehicles ablaze.
The terrorists had earlier attacked the FRSC, DSS offices on Sunday at Nnewi, burning down their offices. Similarly, IPOB also invaded the country home of APC Chieftain Joe Igbokwe in Nnewi.
Igbokwe, who claimed his Facebook account, disclosed that the incident occurred on Sunday afternoon.
He added that the IPOB were behind the attack.
He wrote, “IPOB invaded my house in Nnewi about now. I am sure they raised down my house giving the jerrycans of petrol I saw being offloaded from their Sienna car via CCTV. To God be the glory. I am still alive. My Study is my greatest regret.”
