The World Wrestling Entertainment

The World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) has terminated its contract with Terry Bollea, the professional wrestler more widely known as Hulk Hogan, on Friday after being caught on record using racial slurs on his sex tape.

Sources inside WWE claims the entertainment company decided to fire Bollea after finding out that he was angrily using the ‘n-word’ (considered racist) to describe someone who his daughter was dating.

“WWE terminated its contract with Terry Bollea (aka Hulk Hogan). WWE is committed to embracing and celebrating individuals from all backgrounds as demonstrated by the diversity of our employees, performers and fans worldwide,” the company said in a statement.

Hogan, a WWE Hall of Fame athlete, is in the middle of a lawsuit over the tape … and the n-word remarks are expected to come out once the trial begins later this year.

According to reports, Hulk Hogan’s lawyer claims his client was not fired, but actually resigned from WWE late Thursday night.

Following the termination of Hulk Hogan’s contract, all traces of the veteran wrestler have been removed from the WWE’s website as of Friday morning — his individual page at wwe.com/superstars/hulkhogan said simply, “You are not authorized to access this page.”

Below are quotes of what Hulk Hogan in the controversial sex tape:

“I don’t know if Brooke was f*cking the black guy’s son. I mean, I don’t have double standards. I mean, I am a racist, to a point, f*cking n*ggers. But then when it comes to nice people and sh*t, and whatever.”

“I mean, I’d rather if she was going to f*ck some n*gger, I’d rather have her marry an 8-foot-tall n*gger worth a hundred million dollars! Like a basketball player! I guess we’re all a little racist. Fucking n*gger.”
