The stage is set for Saturday’s governorship election in Bayelsa State. As the candidates jostling for the race intensify their last minute campaigns, a Port Harcourt-based seer has predicted that the incumbent governor and candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Seriake Dickson will emerge victorious.
Glory Chika Nsiegbe of the Christ Mustard Mission, Port Harcourt said that after a period of prayer and fasting, it was revealed to him by the spirit of God that Dickson will come out of the race triumphant. Nsiegbe who is popularly known as the ‘Anointed Man of God in Grace’ explained that even though Mr Timipre Sylva of the All Progressives Congress (APC) will give Dickson a big challenge, the incumbent governor will secure his second term mandate when the chips are down.
He urged Professor Mahmood Yakubu, chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to ensure that the election is free and fair. He called on the Bayelsa people to come out en masse and vote for Dickson to enable him to continue delivering the dividends of democracy to the state. Sylva and the incumbent Governor of the state, Seriake Dickson are the major contenders in the election.
