Nigeria’s Golden Eaglets star striker, Victor Osimhen is set to join Bundesliga club, Wolfsburg on his first professional contract.
Osimhen’s decision to sign for Wolfsburg amidst other suitors chasing his signature follows a revelation that coaches at the German club has developed a suitable development programme for him.
He scored 10 goals to set a new FIFA U17 World Cup record in Chile last year and his other suitors included Arsenal.
Osimhen is reported to be on Arsenal radar but he has opted for Wolfsburg where he expects to develop into a world-class senior striker.
