It was another tragic moment for the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) recently as vandals attacked the Ije Ododo, Lagos axis causing huge explosion at the pipeline.
The Corporation has shut down flows and locked the supply valves to stop further supply from feeding the fire.
Ije Ododo line is directly from Atlas Cove which supplies products to Moshinmi which further
distributes to other parts of the South West zone.
Indeed, Ije Ododo and Arepo are very volatile as the activities of the vandals are very common. Only few months ago, Arepo was attacked by vandals.
