Few days after four former employees of the chairman of Signatious Hotel and Nigeria’s former Minister of State for Education, Kenneth Gbagi, accused him of torture, extortion and threat to life, another of his former employees has come out with similar allegations.

This time, Miss Lucky Obire, who worked at the ex-minister’s cinema in Delta State has accused him of ordering her illegal abduction, torture and forcefully transferring her money into the ex-minister’s bank account.

According to Lucky Obire, the former minister accused her of theft in April, 2019, leading to her abduction, torture and forceful transfer of all the money in her GTBANK account (#180,000) to the ex-minister’s account. She accused Kenneth Gbagi of using his security guards to abduct her, strip and torture her while using pliers to chop off part of her front teeth.

Lucky Obire claimed she initially made attempts at seeking redress through her lawyer but soon abandoned it when her life came under threat.

Kenneth Gbagi was yet to respond to these new allegations as of the time of filing this report.
